BBC06 - Day 3 - Closing Ceremonies
I think this photo sums up what BBC06 has really been about - missing Mommy!!! And that goes for all 4 of us (hey, someone had to take the picture).Today was great but we are counting the minutes til Mommy arrives. It's been a great time with the boys but I'm also fully aware of the fact that this weekend does not happen without my wife. She's a wondeful mommy to these boys and has done a tremendous job of doing what she does with them all day long when I'm at work. The great job she does with them makes my life alot easier and also makes things like BBC possible.
If I had 3 kids that were rowdy, disrespectful, unruly, rude and not very much fun to be around, I might think twice about spending 3 days alone with them. But fortunately for me, that's not the case. I have 3 great kids and a great wife! I'm a richly blessed man.
Maybe that's the most fun thing I've had to remind myself of all weekend long. Thanks dear - I love you... can't wait to see you!! You are the best!

I think Tylers tooth #9 (upper central on the left) has errupted more while I was gone!! I have to come see those boys!! I am missing them like crazy.
Mommy sure is glad to be home with her boys (all 4) as well. Thanks, Daddy, for a great weekend away for me, and for being the kind of Daddy who would want to have his 3 boys for 3 days straight! You did things this weekend that AMAZED me! How blessed I am . . .love you

I'm sitting here with Timo looking at "those boys"....they sure are cute. I can't wait for Jonathan and Timo to join these 3 for some knock-down-drag-out wrestling (on double padded carpet and padded walls!) Or maybe we'll encourage swimming instead! Whatever it is, they're gonna have some fun! It was fun to see the journey chronicled by their Daddy....lots of fun things to do with these young men! I agree with you that having them for camp wouldn't be near the fun if they were little toots all the time, but since our guys are (for the most part....well, alot of the time anyway) well-behaved and respondent to our direction, then it's a joy to be with them for that many days straight. Between Daddy Boot Camp (the Original) and your BBC (a knockoff, but good in the same), maybe we should have Uncle Boot Camp! Trade your kids for mine! Or maybe we'll just have a full week of one big combined Camp and put all the cousins together (I've got a few girls who will protest if it's all boys). I agree the name will need to take on something a little more brawny as they get older...some real tough sounding name. I'll be thinking!
