We're Home !!
We made it back from Benin/Paris today and are so excited to be back home. We were greeted at the baggage claim by Monica (sister-in-law) and Tyler (our 3 yr. old) which was great. Tyler was beside himself (as we were) with the reunion. Got to enjoy visiting with my parents some back at the house before Colby (18 mo. old) awoke from his afternoon nap. He's so excited were home as well.
We enjoyed some great Mexican food tonight and are trying to wind down for bed to get some much-needed rest. I will be reporting on our trip in a couple of days. Probably try to break up the report in several posts so it won't be so long to read. Just know that it was an experience of a lifetime and a very eye-opening journey over 3 countries that will stay with me forever.
We loved our time with Randy and Kelly and pray blessings on their family. What great hosts you were and thanks for taking care of us! We miss you all so much already. Thank you God for giving our boys such protection and for our wonderful trip. "Kammu, Kammu - No Ma Owe" (sp?) - which means "Praise the Lord" in the Aja language.
God bless you all,
SJ
